Grappling Zen is my perspective on BJJ.
I believe that, conceptually, anyone can provide valuable insight into the world of grappling. Further, I would say that those that focus solely on technical prowess will eventually find a much lower ceiling than those that seek a conceptual understanding to galvanize their techniques.
